2. Fixed-Scope Engineering Engagements
SeeYa LLC offers focused engineering engagements for architecture review, performance acceleration, modernization, and difficult cross-stack technical problems. Fixed-scope engineering engagements are scheduled in minimum two-week blocks.
Package ATechnical Architecture Audit & Assessment
- Description
- Review of an existing or proposed technical architecture across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, distributed software, microservices, networking, databases, deployment infrastructure, embedded systems, and hardware/software boundaries. Assessment may include source code, system diagrams, infrastructure, interfaces, data flow, performance constraints, reliability, observability, and deployment strategy.
- Duration
- Minimum two-week engagement.
- Deliverable
- Technical Architecture Assessment covering scalability, reliability, bottlenecks, integration risks, modernization opportunities, deployment concerns, and CPU/SIMD/GPU/FPGA acceleration feasibility where applicable.
- Pricing
- $12,500 minimum engagement, or billed at $238/hr.
Package BPerformance & Acceleration Assessment
- Description
- Focused performance analysis for software, mathematical workloads, databases, networking, and mixed hardware/software systems. Work may include profiling, memory and data-layout analysis, concurrency, I/O, database and network bottlenecks, and parallel execution strategy.
- Scope
- CPU profiling and vectorization, SIMD, GPU/CUDA, FPGA feasibility, memory behavior, data movement, I/O and network constraints, and architecture-level acceleration opportunities.
- Deliverable
- Performance Assessment with measured bottlenecks, prioritized remediation steps, expected tradeoffs, and recommended CPU/SIMD/GPU/FPGA acceleration path.
- Pricing
- $12,500 minimum engagement, or billed at the applicable hourly tier.
- Duration
- Minimum two-week engagement.
Package CModernization & Prototype Sprint
- Description
- A working modernization or proof-of-concept sprint for an agreed technical baseline. Suitable for legacy system migration, service extraction, API/interface replacement, Rust translation, cloud or container migration, browser/WASM frontend work, or hardware/software integration.
- Scope
- Minimum two-week sprint focused on one agreed subsystem, service boundary, prototype, or migration target.
- Deliverables
- Working prototype or translated baseline, test and validation assets, benchmark or integration results, and a recommended production migration path.
- Pricing
- $12,500 minimum two-week sprint, or hourly under the applicable tier above.
Package DRapid Technical Diagnosis & Integration Rescue
- Description
- Short, intensive engagement for intermittent, cross-stack, or long-running technical failures that have resisted normal debugging. Investigation can span application code, operating systems, drivers, networking, virtualization, databases, protocols, FPGA logic, embedded hardware, and external integrations.
- Best Used For
- Production defects, unexplained performance failures, packet loss, hardware/software boundary faults, integration regressions, deployment failures, and problems where ownership crosses multiple teams or vendors.
- Deliverable
- Root-cause findings, evidence trail, recommended corrective actions, and—when practical—a tested fix or minimal reproduction.
- Pricing
- $12,500 minimum engagement, or billed at $238/hr.
- Duration
- Minimum two-week engagement.
3. Rapid Prototyping & Small-Batch Fabrication
SeeYa LLC also provides hands-on rapid prototyping for physical product development, one-off parts, fixtures, proof-of-concept hardware, and early-stage engineering builds.
3D Printing & Fabrication
$15 / printer-hour + filament- FDM printing for prototypes, fixtures, housings, mechanical parts, and one-off builds.
- $20 flat setup fee per print job for printer tuning, print setup, and support removal.
